If you need a lightweight climbing backpack that can help you move fast, then you need to check out the Trad Zero 24 from Ortovox. Weighing only 570 grams, you can move quickly. Despite its light weight, it’s also strong and durable thanks to the 420D ripstop nylon, which is made of 88% recycled materials. Instead of a lid compartment, the Trad Zero 24 has a lightweight, versatile and stowable lid flap that protects the pack's contents and doubles as a helmet and rope holder. In addition, there is a grippy silicone coating on the inside to keep your gear in its place.
Essential features
Despite its minimalistic design, it has all the essential features, such as material loops, elastic and compressive attachments and a fastening for a hydration system. In addition, it has padded shoulder straps and a soft contact back with a removable panel to make it more comfortable for carrying. The removable hip belt and the valuables pocket with the key clip perfectly round off the backpack’s features. As a result, the Trad Zero 24 is a must for demanding alpine tours that require lightweight gear.
